Turkey will serve as the guest of honor at the 9th edition of Food Africa, the International Trade Exhibition for Food and Beverages, taking place from December 3 to 5 at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre in New Cairo.
Among 15 national pavilions, Turkey’s pavilion will be the largest, spanning over 1,000 square meters.
This prominent participation follows the historic visit of Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi to Turkey in September, marking the first visit by an Egyptian leader in 12 years.
The Turkish pavilion will showcase more than 40 exhibitors from diverse sectors, including confectionery, dried fruits, dairy products, olives, meat, and agricultural produce.
Organized in partnership with Düsseldorf Trade Fairs and IFP Group, the exhibition is held under the patronage of Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Industry and Transport Kamel El-Wazir, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade Sherif Farouk, and Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El-Khatib.
Food Africa 2024 will feature approximately 1,000 exhibitors from 39 countries and welcome 500 international buyers from Europe, the Americas, the Far East, the Arab world, and Africa.
