Egyptian companies are interested in several products from Argentina, such as meat, wheat flour, refined oils, fishery products and balanced foods, according to an Argentinean trade mission sent to the African country.
The mission was organized by Argentina's Ministries of Agribusiness and Foreign Affairs and the South American country's Agency for Investment and International Trade. The Argentinean companies made contact with almost 90 Egyptian groups, from different areas, from vegetable oils, grains, balanced and processed foods, to the provision of stock silos.
Also, they proposed projects, such as the formation of the Argentinean-Egyptian Chamber of Commerce, the holding of an event to promote meat, the possible installation of a food distribution center and Egyptian business missions to Argentina.
