For the 3rd year in a row, organized by Advanced Conferences & Meetings (ACM), the Future Interiors Qatar was successfully launched at The Intercontinental Hotel The City, Doha. This edition was revolving around understanding and implementing new technologies and strategies to maximize the role of interiors design for FIFA 2022 and Qatar National Vision 2030.
The Ministry of Municipality & Environment, the Public Works Authority – Ashghal, the Arab Engineering Bureau, Parsons International, Hamad Medical Corporation, Qatar Rail and Qatar Foundation attended Future Interiors Qatar. It featured a case study on Msheireb Downtown Regeneration Project and a large number of exciting presentations among which we can mention: “Traditional urbanism and architecture” by Parnika Ray from The Ministry of Municipality & Environment, “Implementation of Interior Design Branding in a Metro Program” by Mohamed Timbeley, Senior Director- Architecture and MEP Expert from Qatar Rail, and Sustainability in interior design by Hamoda Youssef from Qatar Green Building Council.
The response to this event was hugely positive as delegates and sponsors enjoyed the high quality of the speaker panel as well as the opportunities to network with the industry’s key decision makers. “Informative and opens a window of opportunities” said the Chief Manager of Berger Paints, “The conference is a great networking opportunity. Future Interiors Qatar – Day 2 will host speakers from the Public Works Authority – Ashghal, Transpo, Hamad Medical Corporation, ASTAD, Render Atelier, Jestico + Whiles, and Fagerhult Lighting Academy, and will be discussing hospitality design, light and the interior environment, healthcare interiors, Qatar National Museum, and Qatar’s education city.
