Investors Adel Diab and Adnan Ayad, owners of Al'amir for Constructing and Building, will begin developing a hospital in Haret Hreik in early 2017, which will be ready for occupancy in 2019.
Investment in the project is estimated at $75 million. "We are still negotiating with banks to obtain the required investments," said Ayad. The owners obtained a license from the Ministry of Public Health to build the hospital. It will be built on a 5,000 square meter plot.

The medical management will be led by a staff of physicians, yet to be selected. The hospital will be managed by a specialized healthcare company. Al'amir for Constructing and Building is the general contractor for the project.
