In the presence of more than 120 local and international companies, and with official Saudi and UAE participation, the first edition of Project Egypt construction trade exhibition will be launched on 11 February. The show extends till 14 February 2016.
Organized by IFP Egypt, Project Egypt is held at the Cairo International Convention & Exhibition Center (CICC). The exhibition will be open daily from 11:00 am till 7:00 pm / Friday 2:00pm till 8:00pm. Project Egypt 2016 includes six exhibition area covering building materials, energy, HVAC, lighting, marble & stone, and PMV.
The Saudi Pavilion at Project Egypt 2016 marks the event’s biggest pavilion under the support of SEDA (Saudi Export Development Authority). 30 of the Kingdom’s biggest names in the construction industry will spread over 330 m² of space, bringing a high quality and diverse range of sectors.
The Saudi pavilion will be officially opened by Saudi Arabia's Ambassador to Egypt Ahmed al-Qattan.
Major international exhibitors include companies from UAE (supported by Dubai Export) in addition to companies from France, Turkey, Lebanon and others.
A major highlight of the show is the presence of more than 100 Egyptian, African and regional construction trade mission especially invited and financed by IFP for B2B meetings with the exhibitors. This invited trade mission represents major companies operating in the building and construction sectors in the African markets. This B2B initiative will definitely put Egypt on the international exhibitions map as a focal point for African and the Middle Eastern construction and building materials players, decision makers and traders to meet and do business in the long term.
Project Egypt showcases everything needed for the construction industry in addition to marble, granite, ceramics, insulating materials, floors and walls, pipes, power and electricity. And yet, the exhibition is designed to meet the needs of all players in the building materials and construction sectors like dealers and importers, developers, real estate projects, contracting and consulting firms and offices.
Project Egypt 2016 is set to become an unprecedented event within the exhibition industry in Egypt, especially in terms of size, organization and participation. Egypt's strategic location provides direct access to the many markets that have trade treaties with Egypt, in addition to the re-export privileges offered by the Suez Canal to Africa and the Arabian Gulf.
