With the purpose of accelerating the online mobile and console game industry's growth in the MENA Region, IFP is organizing the MENA Games Conference & Exhibition on the 26th and 27th of March 2015, in Beirut, Lebanon. Carsten van Husen – Gameforge 4D – Germany. Carsten van Husen was appointed CEO of
Gameforge in spring 2014, looking back on more than eight years of experience working for the group.
Teut Weidemann – Bluebyte – Germany. Teut Weidemann has been working in the professional gaming Industry since 1987 – recently working with Ubisoft/Bluebyte.
Sten Selander- Media Evolution – Sweden. Sten is one of the founding fathers of the Swedish Game Industry organisation and has more than 37 years’ experience in media, art and design production, marketing and management.
Tobias Sjögren – Paradox Interactive – Sweden. With more than 17 years of experience – has worked hands on with AAA game development during my time as studio head at the DICE Stockholm studio (Battlefield 1942, Battlefield 2 and Rallisport Challenge).
Vince Ghoussoub- Falafel games – China. Vince is co-founder & CEO of Falafel Games a producer and publisher of mobile and browser Massively-Multiplayer Online Games with a Middle Eastern flavor.
Jason Della Rocca – International Game Developers Association – Canada. Della Rocca is a well-known figure within the game development community and was honored for his industry building efforts.
Filippo De Rose – Changyou – USA / China. Changyou, is a leading mobile app developer. Filippo provides consultative and technical guidance to developers seeking to improve freemium games monetization and user acquisition strategies.
Daniel Inn – Game Brokers – Germany. Daniel Inn is an accomplished game sound effects artist. He founded X-Life Studios along with Chris Albert in December, 2009. Since then, X-Life Studios has grown into the leading company for producing and delivering the highest quality of exclusive Game Sound Effects.
Fadi Moujahed – Game Power 7 – UAE. Co-founding Game Power 7 in Dubai with Spacetoon Media Group. It was the first online gaming company in the Middle East and North African region (MENA).
Ahmad Al Safar – Play 3arabi – Jordan. Ahmed is a MENA veteran in the MMO games space with vast experience in publishing, operation and business development. His work over the past 5 years has been instrumental in helping European game companies access the MENA region.
Joseph Shomali – Play 3arabi – Jordan. Joseph is the co-founder and CEO of Play 3arabi, a game publisher focused on mobile and browser games for MENA.
Issa Aghabi – Head of Investment – Twofour54. As the Head of investment Issa has closed over 32 investment deals and managed over $100m in MENA Venture funds and served as a BOD member for a number of companies, providing business strategies, along with general operational, and strategic support.
