Duba's Arabian Ranches, a fully landscaped villa community, is set for another extension.
Emaar Properties, the builder of the world's tallest tower, Burj Khalifa, will be launching a new villa phase called "Rosa" in coming day, industry sources told Emirates 24|7.
No other details were given except that the public launch will be taking place soon.
In September, Emaar launched sales for 121 villas with Spanish-style architecture in the Palma phase.
"Arabian Ranches is one of Dubai's most popular communities," Ahmad Al Matrooshi, Managing Director, Emaar UAE said earlier.
Reidin as ranked Arabian Ranches as the UAE community with the fourth-highest value of new mortgages in the first half of 2013.
In July, the developer said over 95 per cent of the units launched in 2012 and to date in 2013 have been sold.
"All launches have witnessed an excellent response from investors and end users. Total sales value in Dubai till end of May 2013 is approximately Dh4.5 billion, which is almost four times compared to sales in the same period in 2012 (approx. Dh1.2 billion)," the developer revealed in its corporate presentation.
Knight Frank said property prices have risen by 20 per cent in Dubai in the past one year, with Goldman Sachs Group stating fears of real estate market experiencing a bubble are "exaggerated".
Property prices are 36 per cent below their 2008 peak even after rising by about a third from a low in the second quarter of 2011, the bank.
