Eden Rock Resort, a new hospitality development, will open in the Ramlet Al-Baida area in five years, as per newswires.
The project is owned by Achour Holding, which owns and runs several hospitality properties in Beirut, such as the three Lancaster Hotels.
Eden Rock Resort will stretch on a total land area of more than 22,000 square meters.
Eden Rock Resort will feature a five-star hotel, which will be run by a new international management chain.
The project includes a residential tower, furnished apartments, chalets, events venues, plazas, conference rooms, and many pools, all of which will have access to the sandy beach near the hotel. It will also propose a series of varied restaurants, along with a health club and spa, and an anticipated marina. The resort will cater to both businesspeople and guests seeking leisure time.
