Local developer Sayfco announced that a new residential project termed Redrock Village and Spa will be developed in the Bqaatouta village near Faqra, Kesrouan. The project is valued at $200 million and will stretch over 300,000 square meters, as per newswires.
The residential project will be executed in two phases. The first will include a total of 500 small-sized residential chalets ranging between 50 and 130 square meters, and an international health spa. This phase will be delivered four years after Sayfco receives the building permits. The second phase comprises a number of villas and a Four Seasons Hotel.
The compound will also include an organic agriculture facility that will produce vegetables, fruits, and poultry for residents’ consumption. London-based international architects Foster and Partners will handle the project’s design.
