Muscat – Sundus Investments Projects LLC, pioneers in mixed-use development in the Middle East, on announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Rotana Hotel Management Co to develop a four-star hospitality complex at Airport Heights in Bousher.
According to a press release, the launch of the property comes as part of Sundus Investments' ambition to shape a series of developments that will significantly complement the hospitality landscape in the region. Sundus Rotana is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2015. Sundus Rotana will merge contemporary lines with Omani traditional architecture. The interior will reflect modern overtones, with a dominant palette of desert colors. Aiming to redefine the benchmark for hospitality properties in Muscat, the facility is anticipated to draw significant footfall with its eclectic offerings for both the corporate and leisure guest.
