The Pearl-Qatar has announced that the real estate registration department at the Ministry of Justice has started issuing the ownership document of The Pearl-Qatar property holders. The Ministry has started issuing the document from December 24, 2012.
The UDC, master developer of The Pearl-Qatar, has arranged best facilities for the registration process. The Pearl-Qatar has created a Central Authority Directorate (CAD) for a better coordination between the property owners and various government agencies, to make the registration process smooth. The Directorate appealed the owners to complete the registration process and collect their documents from the registration department, Al Sharq reported.
The UDC, on its part, has also entered into a contract with a private agency to make the registration process smooth. The Pearl-Qatar has signed a separate protocol with the ministry of Justice to help out the property holders for a hassle-free registration process.
The Pearl-Qatar has a policy to assist the property owner, his spouse and dependent children t obtain residency permit/renewal of permit from the Ministry of Interior, should they meet the mandatory guidelines set by Qatari Government. The UDC expressed its gratitude to the Ministry of Justice, Supreme Council for Economic Affairs and Investment and all the concerned government agencies for their support and cooperation.
