Quality Construction Company (Qualco), a Lebanese construction and contracting company, was assigned to construct two of BeitMisk’s neighborhoods, namely Acacia and Meysan, as part of the second phase of construction.
Qualco, although mainly recognized as a specialist in the construction of educational institutions, has an array of residential projects under its belt. Qualco also has a large number of projects that are currently under development, including the Mondrian building (previously known as Level 27 Tower) in Achrafieh .
Qualco, a subsidiary of QIG Holding, was established in 2002 and is headquartered in Beirut. The company provides a range of contracting services which include the construction and implementation of low-altitude, medium altitude and high-rise complexes projects along with hospitality, entertainment and scientific monuments.
Qualco catered to the needs of several universities and institutions such as the Beirut Arab University, the Lebanese American University, and the American University of Beirut, as well as many housing projects including the "Tilal El Abadieh" project, BeitMisk, Mondrian residential tower in Achrafieh, and other projects including infrastructure.
