Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts is teaming up with Lebanese developer Zardman to open a resort and spa on the Damour coastline. Due to open in 2014, the resort will feature 25 villas, a boutique hotel and a signature Nikki Beach Club. The concept has been designed by Soma architects with interior design by Gatserelia design. This step is part of Zardman’s ambition to expand and create new projects all over Lebanon as well as abroad.
Nikki Beach Hotels and Resorts will open its first MENA property later this year with the launch of The Pearl, Nikki Beach Resort & Spa located on The Pearl-Qatar in Doha.
In parallel, Zardman also unveiled its residential project to be constructed in Erbil on an area that stretches over 200,000 square meters. The development consists of 269 luxury apartments with a size ranging between 255 and 295 square meters. It also encompasses two towers allocated for offices, a medical service center, a five star hotel and an area of 40,000 square meters for leisure and shopping. Furthermore, there would be a park on an area of 16,000 square meters to be designed by Thomas Balsley and Associates.
