To demonstrate this, Doka will be showcasing its top Austrian manufactured formwork solutions at Projects Lebanon being held at the Beirut International Exhibition & Leisure Center from 5 – 8 June. This year Doka is located in the outdoor area at stand # Z19.
Visitors to Projects Lebanon will be able to easily gather Doka’s wealth of informational resources and technical consultancy at the show. New innovations with high utility and cost efficiency on display at Projects Lebanon are Framed Formwork Frami Xlife, Circular Formwork H20, Load bearing system Staxo 40, and Dokamatic Tables.
For forming of walls, columns and foundations Framed Formwork Frami Xlife assures better nailing ability and quicker and easier cleaning on the new timber-plastic composite sheet, which also has special tie-hole protectors allowing an extremely high number of re-uses and extended service intervals between changing sheets.
For shoring-tasks in the building construction field, Load-bearing system Staxo 40 has provided incomparable speed and safety to jobsites. With its color coded easy assembly, Staxo 40 covers four times the slab area and is up to three times faster than traditional systems. It can also be assembled horizontally as the safest and fastest way to erect towers. Furthermore, once assembled, entire towers can be moved around a site without dismantling by using either the Doka shifting trolley or by a crane lift. Integrated safety anchorage points for safety harnesses make the setup even more secure for site-crew, with all construction sequences supported by Doka instruction onsite.
For circular walls, Doka Lebanon advises the use of Circular Formwork H20. Doka Circular Formwork H20 uses special spindles to give the sheeting a real circular arc shape. This adjustment system enable the radii to be continuously adjusted. Circular formwork H20 is designed for a standard minimum radius of 3.50 meters. Circular Formwork H20 needs a small number of form-ties and since it is delivered to site in preassembled elements supported by the Doka Ready to User service, it adapts effortlessly to any layout. Additionally, Circular Formwork H20 can be prepared for use by only setting the desired radius with the adjusting spindle.
Dokamatic Table is the unsurpassable fast table with perfect adjustment: It is the fastest slab formwork which adapts easily to any slab. Customers can look forward to saving on both manpower and crane time by use of the optimized system which offers the shortest forming times and copes extremely well with varying structural design and geometrical requirements. Dokamatic table has a high capacity and low weight for easy horizontal and vertical repositioning. Doka also boasts that the system has low wedge costs due to fast shifting times and the perfect fits for slab edge as adjustment is possible in three dimensions. Furthermore the Dokamatic table also offers the integration of downstand beams with the Dokamatic form beam plate which allows shifting of the table and beam formwork in one unit.
