The inaugural edition of the HVACTech Qatar conference at the QNCC brought the best networking opportunities alongside a specialized and tailored conference learning experience.
HVACTech Qatar is part of the Project Qatar Conferences Series. This unique series of B2B conferences has been created to answer the demand for specialist, interactive insights into the challenges and opportunities facing companies within Project Qatar’s product and services profiles. Forthcoming events include Future Interiors Qatar, running on the 8th and 9th September.

On the first day of the conference Tanween and NG Global addressed designing and building sustainable HVAC systems. Safid illustrated how air distribution systems turn full circle and Condair talked about how to use water for cooling indoor and outdoor. Trans Gulf Electromechanical, Hill International, and Al Mana & Associates discussed innovations in HVAC engineering design and construction procedures.
On the second day of the conference, Marafeq Qatar talked about the future of district cooling in Qatar, and KEO International Consultants addressed the challenges faced when designing district cooling solutions. Qatar Foundation showcased a case study about the advances in district cooling in Qatar at West Bay, Lusail City, and Barwa City. Qatar Project Management featured a presentation about decarbonization of the city of Doha. Arab Engineering Bureau showcased a case study about Doha Festival City HVAC system. Finally Tatweer UAQ Real Estate Development highlighted health and safety considerations into HVAC designs.
