The One Group Hospitality has opened an STK Doha restaurant in Ritz-Carlton hotel in Doha, Qatar.
The opening marks the first for the brand this year. The new STK Doha restaurant will incorporate both STK’s classic menu and signature dishes. It is designed to accommodate 175 guests both indoor and outdoor.
The ONE Group president and CEO Emanuel ‘Manny’ Hilario said: “We are thrilled to be expanding our presence in the Middle East and to be partnering with Katara Hospitality.
“STK Doha features the elegant, vibe dining experience that our guests have come to know and love and marks the third of four STK’s intended restaurants for the region with STK Abu Dhabi planned for a future opening.
“All of these locations reflect our focus on asset-light licence and management opportunities that enable us to bring our vibe dining experience to cities around the world but without significant capital investments.”
Based on American steakhouse concept, STK offers a fine dining experience through its food, decor, in-house DJ and happy hour offerings.
Menu offered by the restaurant features classic American cuisine such as Lil’ BRGs made with Wagyu beef, Bigeye Tuna Tartare with soy honey emulsion, and other steak choices.
The dining brand currently operates locations in New York City, South Beach, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Toronto, Orlando, Denver, San Diego, London, Ibiza, Milan, Dubai, and Mexico City.
