Minister of Tele-Communications, Mohammed Choucair, on Wednesday welcomed Moroccan Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammed Karin, with whom he discussed ways of developing bilateral economic relations between Lebanon and Morocco.
Choucair welcomed the Moroccan Ambassador, stressing “the need to strengthen bilateral economic cooperation, especially with the presence of many promising opportunities, which have not been activated so far.”
The Telecoms Minister also pointed out that Lebanon was preparing for a promising stage. “It is important to involve our Arab brethrens in this major Lebanese workshop.”
Ambassador Karin wished the Minister success in his mission and stressed Morocco’s “permanent position in support of Lebanon.”
The Moroccan diplomat also expressed his country’s interest in developing bilateral economic relations and taking appropriate steps in this regard.
