Bahrain-based Eskan Bank, a leading provider of housing finance in the kingdom, has invited bids from leading design consultants for its upcoming project Danat Al Hoora.
A residential development coming up in the kingdom, Danat Al Hoora offers 132 three-bedroom units in 10-story buildings. The project also boasts car-parking space (two for each apartment) and a retail area.
Eskan said the offer is open to all consultants who are in the Category A of the Council for Regulating the Practice of Engineering Professions (CRPEP) in Bahrain.
Also, these designer firms should have experience in similar projects and enough resources for this project, stated the Bahraini group in its tender notification.
Eskan said the detailed design must be completed within six months.
The last date for submitting the bids is November 27.
