Iraq’s Council of Ministers has greenlit the Integrated Medical City Project in Dhi Qar Governorate, awarding the contract to the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC).
The project will be executed under a turnkey delivery system, adhering to the Dhi Qar Reconstruction Fund Instructions (No. 2 of 2021), as endorsed by the Reconstruction Fund Committee.
