Dana Al-Sadd Real Estate Co., the owner of the luxury hotel Dana Al-Sadd, stated that hotel occupancy rate exceeded 35 percent after a month of its opening.
The project is developed by SAK Holding Group which uses SHARKENA, a real estate product that adopts a method of partnership with owners of plots to develop real estate investment projects to promote the local real estate market.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah Al Thani expressed his content with the completion of the iconic hotel project and asserted the significance of the private sector’s role in the development of hospitality sector in Qatar.
He said the unique projects that the private sector contributes to the industry complement the latest developments and preparations for the World Cup 2022 and other international, Arab and regional economic and tourist events. He also said, “Not only will “Dana Al Sadd” add to our list of achievements, but it will also be a valuable addition to the hospitality sector and to Al Sadd area. Sheikh Thani said the hotel is expected to attract more guests as well as increase the occupancy of commercial units and spaces in the hotel. The units include various spaces that may be used as restaurants, cafes, supermarkets or any other vital facilities that will promote business in Al Sadd area and enrich the experience of guests and tourists staying at the heart of the capital.
The company recently held a press conference at the project and conducted a tour for journalists to get to know the features, facilities and luxury services provided by the project.
Al Bawadi Real Estate Development company, a real estate partner of SAK Holding on the project, stated that the highest standards were applied for the hotel.
Further, officials of Dana Al Sadd predicted the rates will reach its peak in the following months, especially after the completion of the area infrastructure works connecting the service roads to Al Sadd Metro Station.
Officials highlighted the hotel’s location as a strong attracting feature, as it is in the capital and the link between Al Sadd commercial area and many properties, shops, malls, governmental entities, companies, and institutions.
Dana Al-Sadd is a five-story hotel consisting of 165 different units including 20 large hotel suites and 3 restaurants covering an area of 1215 square meters.
The development also includes an equipped gym, sauna and spa covering an area of 270 square meters, aimed at enriching the guests’ experience. It also features a broad glass facade and an entrance hall that leads to a lounge covering an area of 400 square meters; and a mezzanine floor along with 500 square meters of office space, sitting area and an indoor garden covering an area of nearly 100 meters. Furthermore, two basement stories are dedicated to parking with a capacity of 117 cars.
