Egypt signed Thursday 12 agreements and memorandum of understanding (MoUs) with Belarus to promote trade and industrial cooperation.
The signing ceremony was attended by Minister of Trade and Industry Nevien Gamea, Minister of State for Military Production Mohamed Saeed el-Assar and Belarusian Antimonopoly Regulation and Trade Minister Vladimir Koltovich.
The deals included an agreement between the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) and the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
Moreover, the Egyptian Company for Agricultural and Rural Development signed a memorandum with the BelarusianAmkodor Holding Company and an agreement with Minsk Tractor Works.
They also witnessed the signing of the business strategy of the Egyptian-Belarusian Business Council, a memorandum of supply of products between Raya Holding Company and the Belarusian Bella Das Company, and a contract for the supply of products between Helwan Machinery and Equipment Company and the Belarusian Maz Company.
Moreover, a supply agreement was signed between the Egyptian Company for Agricultural and Rural Development and the Belarusian Bobruisk Agromash Company.
Also, the two sides signed a supply contract between the Egyptian Company for Agricultural and Rural Development and the Belarusian company Amkodor, a memorandum of understanding between the Egyptian Company for Agricultural and Rural Development and the company Minsk Motor Planet, and a supply contract between BELMACHINERY International Trade and Minsk Motor Plant.
