Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab said that the Egyptian economy has witnessed positive economic indicators reflected in the decrease of unemployment rate due to the recovery of the construction and technical professions sectors in the past months.
Giant national projects are being implemented on the ground, Mahlab told Al-Ahram newspaper, noting that the government is keen on following up these projects to render them a success.
He stressed the announcement of President Abdul Fatah Al Sisi on the government's insistence to combat all forms of corruption and introduce legislative reform that will help solve the investors' problems.
He noted that the government is offering major opportunities for investment in the field of energy.
He went on to say that announcing a clear investment policy would make Egypt at the forefront of the world's countries to attract investment.
