NTG Developments, a leading Egyptian private developer, has launched its latest commercial project, The Node, in New Cairo, with an investment of 5 billion Egyptian pounds ($101 million).
Project Details
According to Ezzat Azmy, Chairman of NTG Developments, The Node will feature a ground floor, four upper floors, and two parking lots, offering a mix of retail shops, office spaces, and medical units.
Collaborations
The company has partnered with ACE Moharram-Bakhoum, LDP+ Partners, and Boegow, a subsidiary of the Lxias Group, for consultancy services in engineering, design, and operations.
Timeline and Portfolio
Set for completion and delivery by 2028, The Node is NTG Developments’ third commercial project, following the successful Evolve Tower in the New Administrative Capital and Intown in New Cairo.
