The scope of El Seif includes the detailed design, engineering procurement, construction, testing & commissioning of a total of 2,100 residential units including 281 apartment buildings, 417 villas, schools, male & female kinders, sport clubs, mosques, clinics, shopping centers, recreational facilities, military police buildings, service buildings, administrative buildings, warehouses, workshops, petrol stations and others.
Scope also comprises all infrastructure, roads, landscaping, and utilities including sewage treatment plants, RO plants, ancillary buildings, and other external works.
