Hill International has received a contract from Qatar Electricity & Water Company (Qatar E&W) to provide oversight of the design and construction of a commercial development in the marina district of Lusail City.
The master-planned development is just north of Doha. Hill's four-year contract has an estimated value of approximately $6.4m.
Qatar E&W's Lusail development will feature two towers, 47-storey and 27-storey respectively, with a total built-up area of approximately 220,000m2.
A third seven-storey structure will include retail space and parking accommodations.
Mohammed Al Rais, regional president (Middle East) for Hill's project management group, said: "We are excited to help deliver this impressive project for Qatar E&W.
"We look forward to this high-rise development being a hallmark of the Lusail City skyline."
