Msheireb Properties, a subsidiary of Qatar Foundation, has officially announced the launch of its first residential unit for rent in Msheireb Downtown Doha, Qatar’s newest destination for leisure, living, and business.

The overall potable water savings for the building is 41.9%, and Water recovery from air conditioning condensate of 2,600 cubic meters, reducing the required non-potable water from the development treatment plant and municipality.
