Premiere Properties announced earlier in April the commencement of the excavation works on their latest project the Nine-Boulevard. Located in the Bsalim area in Al Matn region, the Nine Boulevard is a gated community project that will soon rise to become home to numerous families who will enjoy its exquisite amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool, gym, and a nursery. This new residential complex will be comprised of nine buildings that will offer luxurious apartments with unmatched views overlooking the mountain and the sea. Consisting of vast green areas and breathtaking landscapes, the Nine Boulevard will serve as a serenity getaway for the privileged few. Commenting on the project, Premiere Properties CEO Antoine Habr said: “We build gated communities to ensure a great family lifestyle in a secured environment.”
The Nine Boulevard gated community offers a wide selection of residential units with sizes ranging from 200 sqm, to 210 and 265 sqm. This variety of small to medium sized apartments attracted a notable number of Lebanese expatriates who favor community living. As an additional incentive, Premiere Properties partnered with CREDIT LIBANAIS Bank to offer financial facilities presented through a structured payment plan. According to this plan, homebuyers can purchase a residential unit through placing a 10 percent down payment and settling monthly installments directly into the project’s account, with no interest rate incurred during the construction period. Prices of the apartments start at $1,400 per square meter.
