Oman’s Ministry of Transport and Communications has invited bids from leading consultancies for the supervision of works related to the dualization of three sections of the Adam-Thumrait road.
The Package 3 and 5 each involve a 132.5-km stretch, while Package 4 extends across 135 km, said the ministry in its tender notification.
Early this year, the ministry had opened a 140-km section of the Adam-Thumrait road that links capital Muscat to the city of Salalah.
The scope of work includes the supervision of construction works related to the road and bridges. The last date for submitting the bids is November 7.
