Construction in Lebanon’s remains a promising market despite the region’s current instability and the ongoing political crisis. International funding is being provided to Lebanon for new schools and housing developments needed to accommodate the influx of over 2 Million Syrian refugees. The Lebanese building materials industry will have to accommodate with the future increasing demand for building materials in Syria that will be invested in the reconstruction process. Another promising factor is the potential of oil and gas activities in Lebanon. The country and the whole region will benefit from this potential of national wealth.
