The project ‘Le Mirage – Citywalk’ is expected to be completed by the end of 2018 in Doha’s bustling commercial Fereej Bin Mahmoud district and will accommodate 400 contemporary apartments. The luxury residential complex will also contain a children’s play area and clubhouse.
Le Mirage Real Estate, a subsidiary of the diversified Sharaka Group, currently has eight projects under construction in Qatar, The Peninsula has reported.
An estimated 1,500 new residential units will be added by the end of 2018 taking the total number of available residential units to 2,000. As many as 500 hotel residential units will also be delivered by end of 2018 in addition to 70,000 sqm. of retail space and 20,000 sqm. of office space according to Sheikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Thani, chairman of Sharaka Holdings, who indicated that the conglomerate has invested around $1.65 billion in Qatar’s real estate sector.
