Korean Gas Company (KOGAS) announced its winning of gas pipeline contract north of Iraq.
The cost of the project is $127 million, as reported by South Korean news agency.
The company won the contract from the Iraqi Oil Ministry to build two parallel gas pipelines with a length of 110 km.
The first is connected with the natural gas and the second for liquid gas in Beiji area, 40 km north of Tikrit.
The work will commence at the end of this month, which shall be finished in October, 2014.
