After 25 years of successfully hosting the Saudi Build exhibition, Riyadh Exhibitions Company (REC) and ACM are proud announce the launch of the onsite Saudi Build Seminars. This unique three day series will present a number of innovative, high-level educational sessions for all those involved in the Kingdom’s Design and Construction industry.
Saudi Arabia the place to be
With $195.4 billion worth of construction projects planned over the next three years, Saudi Arabia is one of the hottest markets in the world and it is no surprise that many international architecture and engineering firms are eager to enter of build their business in this burgeoning marketplace.
“A considerable amount of investment has been committed by the Saudi government to increase hotel capacity across the Kingdom by 60% as well as the immediate challenge to build 1.25m new housing units by end of 2014. There also remains the ongoing progress of the country’s nationwide public transport overhaul and a long term plan to build new build four new international airports by 2038. With so much activity in the country, it is no surprise that Saudi is of keen interest to construction firms across the globe” Says Niall Watson, Conference Director of the Saudi Build Seminars.
To assist in the delivery of this grand vision, the Saudi Build Seminars will bring together the leading architects, engineering consultants, contractors and developers to address the key design issues affecting Saudi Arabia’s construction sector.

“We spent a considerable amount of time researching this year’s programme as we were determined to bring perspectives from not only design consultants, but also the design mangers working within major contracting firms and developers to provide a fuller insight into the challenges and opportunities in the region” continues Niall Watson.
With insights gained from months of in-depth research with industry experts, the programme has been specifically engineered for the Kingdom and designed to instantly improve the quality of buildings and infrastructure developments in the design, planning and construction phases.
Bringing together key speakers and professional from across the Kingdom, UAE, Qatar as well as internationally renowned figures, the Saudi Build Seminars will focus on three key areas of architectural design.
