Saudi Arabia's Kingdom Holding announced that it has completed a deal to buy the Four Seasons Toronto in Canada for US$ 200 million.
The investment firm said the transaction was funded by a mortgage loan of US$ 130 million and US$ 70 million from the company's own resources.
Established in 1980, KHC is a holding company with interests in ownership and operation of hotels, resorts, residential compounds, hospitals, clinics and schools; chicken, meat and fish farms; ownership and operation of retail outlets; real estate investment and development; publication of newspapers, magazines and periodicals; provides news gathering, advertising, shows and exhibitions, commercial printing and distribution services; and investment in various sectors.
