Watermaster originally founded by Khalil Boueiri under the corporate name of Electro-Mechanical Consultants and Contractors (EMCC), fulfilled the objective of establishing a private professional company engaged in electro-mechanical design and contracting works. In late 1981, the present partnership was established, injecting new assets into the company.
Since its inception, Watermaster has always dedicated its efforts on new methods of water technology.
“Despite the economic and political conditions in Lebanon, coupled with the political uncertainty that reigns in the region, Watermaster not only continues to post good results, but has founded a new company under the name WaterCenter that serves the end-user,” said Pierre Boueiri, CEO and General Manager of Watermaster.
WaterCenter provides easy-fix filters, outdoor Jacuzzis, solar showers, fountains, barbecues, prefabricated saunas and steam rooms as well pool safety equipment such as covers, alarms, safety, and more.
Located in Watermaster’s building, WaterCenter is a 400 sqm showroom divided into five areas of expertise covering wellness, outdoor, HSE (Health Safety Environment), water treatment and wastewater treatment sectors.
“WaterCenter is a turning point in the history of Watermaster. With a small shift from our main activities handling big projects, we decided to serve the end-user by providing products that cater to the wellness and the safety of our customers. Accordingly, in our showroom, we offer wellness products like Jacuzzis and saunas; outdoor products like solar heating, lighting and furniture; Health Safety Environment (HSE) products like safety covers and fences; alternative solutions to the use of chlorine in water; water treatment and wastewater treatment products.” said Boueiri.
“We decided to participate in Project Lebanon 2013 for marketing and networking purposes. We are here to showcase and highlight the products displayed under WaterCenter. We believe in long-term investment.” he added.
